The starting point for my doctoral project comes from a research group that is engaged in clinical research at Hvidovre Hospital and from the Capital Region. In conjunction with the launching of preparing recommendations for a clinical guideline for elderly medical patients (see note on additional criteria) - an optimized medical patient, the purpose of my project, looking at the factors that facilitate the implementation of an optimized medical care pathway . The goal is to develop some tools that can support the implementation, of the future developed clinical guideline. 

Problem: How can we, integrate knowledge about local learning processes and organizational cultures in the implementation of general guidelines and models for patient care, healthcare?                                                              

Design: field observations in several selected contexts and action research with a research group.
