A questionnaire was developed to obtain the workers' feedback on their experience in training activity and their perceived safety and wellness in the workplace. The groups participating to the survey were health care workers in Nursing Homes in Stockholm area.

Moreover interviews with experts in safety issues, in workers rights, in care environments were carried out.

Focus groups with a selection of workers participating in the survey were carried out in order to discuss the major findings of the survey.

The findings of the worker satisfaction survey will be analyzed and reported to describe the degree of compliance with the collected performance requirements of training activity.
